Gearbox synchros

Guys can some do me a favour and check their data base and let me know if the following part numbers are correct ?

1. MD742419 1st gear synchro ring
2. MD742536 2nd gear synchro ring

Yep, they look like Mitsi updated numbers for both.

Thanks... they are brass rather than the cloth type.

Actually they should be bronze not brass according to info from the US.

Yeah, I guess bronze is probably more accurate. the bronze synchro rings are somewhat shorter than the cloth types... I guess they are more efficient at braking/slowing the gear than the cloth type. Gee, the cloth type really glaze up the cone.... no wonder they get very crunchy in gear selection. At least with the bronze type, I can lap them in.

And according to most of the top guys in the states you can use a gl5 oil with the bronze syncros.
