Grinding into 3rd some time 5tg

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with up shifting/down shofting into 3rd I think my syncro is gone but any otger ideas is appriciated .... Also does it occasionally into 5th

I was in my vr4 , I rebuilt the clutch master and slave cylinder and put some diaqueen oil in there , it came good , but if your Syncro is really bad it might be time to send the box off for a reco
