Hey Guys looking for some answers! I recently had an accident in my GSR and panelbeater has told me the proper way to fix it is with a new/ straight 2nd hand radiator support and a new one from Mitsubishi willl work out quite expencive and as so many guys get a EVO front cut and use the motor etc and then have no use for the shell, I wanted to kno if I could get one and use the panel from an EVO front to fix my GSR? does any one kno of any reason this would not line up/work at all?

The guards, front bar and bonnet all are different and really should be used together to make it line up properly.

Theres no differance at all and a evo frt rad support will line up perfectly Ive done that to the Lib
Plus's are = the evo oem frt bar and fmic and piping support brackets are there perfect for that perfect fitment of all of the above :twisted:

Except if you have the gsr guards the Evo front bar does not match up on the sides.
Thats why your better off with ALL matched Evo guards and front bar so it matches
2 pics, one mine with fibreglass Evo bar with gsr guards.
And EVOIIIGSR's (thanks for the pic )car with Evo guards with evo front bar.
You can see the difference. :roll:
But YES it still will bolt up if you go Evo mixed with gsr parts as John said

I dunno but I cant really see the misalignment. My front bar was made to fit my car (GSR) but is a EVO 3 design. I'm not changing to genuine or changing the guards at the moment, just need to worry about getting the front straight and painted! then GSRSOL I'll be after your Intercooler piping and a bigger front mount.
