hey people

i took of my boost tap (bleed valve) so i can get it to pass defect and now i donno what hose goes where theres 2 hoses that goes in the standard controller on the controller theres 2 little plugs where the hoses go one with a bump on it and the other one with out which hose go where?

thank you
andy

well first off, where was your boost controller tapped into the system? as theres a couple different ways you can do it.

I believe he's only trying to pass a defect. He's pulled out the boost controller, now just needs to run a vacuum line straight to the nipple on the actuator, which will run a boost level of whatever he's actuator is set at. Drive in, get defect taken off, put boost controller back on.

Or am i reading it wrong and he wants to hook his aftermarket boost controller back up (that he already took off)

can someone post up a few pictures of where the stock boost controller is on the cc gsr. i just have a hose going straight from the turbo to the actuator and it stays on 10 psi.

Pictures would be great:lol:

Run a air hose from your intercooler piping just under the battery to the actuator.

This will set you at waste gate pressure.

wastegate pressure is 10 psi isnt it??
I have aftermarket piping and cooler on my car.

Does any1 have any pics of the actual boost solonoid where it is mounted??

on the fire wall hs a oval knob with a Tri-Diamonds logo on it and will have vacuum hose going to and from it should be right of the compliance plate

ah sweet as.

Should any of those hoses connect between the turbo and the wastegate hose??
not if you want to by pass the factory solenoid but even if its not connected keep the electrical s still connected, has been know to cause issue's with it unplugged but not in the vacuum line
