GSR Timing Question

Hi Guys,
My CAS is totally maxed out clockwise to get any performance out of the engine (4g93t). I checked the belt and all timing marks line up. I grounded the brown plug and strobed no 1 and the crank lined up to TDC ungrounded and it would go to the second mark btdc. Is that right ? Would have thought the cas would have been in the middle of its slots to allow some adjustment either way.

check you harmonic balancer hasn't rotated on the crank you want your timing to be set to 10' BTDC with the conector on the firewall grounder
