Out of interest, I know finding a GSR front Viscous LSD is pretty hard, but what sort of price do they usually go for? (not including the gearbox) :) and what sort of price would a mechanical LSD for the GSR rear diff cost as well? I have a mate looking to upgrade soon so just wanna see what's the minimum he would be looking at if he went that way :)

CVAP have mech rear diffs for $650 .. I'm not sure it's worth the money when you can buy brand new after market items for ~$900.

please excuse the question..... its not ment as a smart remark.where can I get a new one for $900?

cheers bm

^^ Is yours GSR or EVO? Them boys in NZ snap up GSR front LSD units for their conversions so its pretty hard to get one from out their way

to be quite honest rob im not sure what it was out of,

BUT i have also had the viscous fluid upgraded in my centre for more
drag on the centre, came up ok too.

4 times thicker than standard

$650 is set up in an EVO diff ready to go. ( Not just the centre LSD)
For $900 for a new diff add the cost of setup ?
I can set up one of these in GSR ratio for $850.

Is it just a case of changing the crown wheel and opinion over on the evo one to become a gsr ratio?
