Noisy lifters means low oil pressure on start up. could be oil pump or to thick oil.
And as the turbo high pressure feed is off of the head your turbo wont be liking it either

Noisy Lifters is Standard in CC model cars.
Try a search, there is heaps of info, an oil change can fix the problem, or apparently a new set of Meek lifters. But have a quick search
