gt pumps evo 123 exhaust manifold

I am about to order a turbo from GT Pumps{TD06 20G SL2} they have offered me a goodish deal on a GT PUMPS exhaust manifold if purchased with the turbo.

a mate has a manifold for sale, one he got from JAWAREHOUSE from ebay.....wants $100.00 for it brand new as he sold his engine.

question does anyone have any pictures of a GT pumps manifold so I can compare?

I don't know anything about GT Pumps, but I was reccomended the JAWAREHOUSE manifold by another Team4g member here.

btw, if you find that the GT Pumps manifold is better, please let me know how much your friend would be willing to ship that manifold to the states for, I could really use one

Is the evo 3 header any better then the evo 1 header? Does it justify the price in upgrading?

Identical to GTpumps manifold right down to the SZ cast into one of the runners.
This is not to say that Marks manifold is not a good unit, I own one and am happy with it but for the price difference I would go the Jap one every time!

I will tell you all what they are charging to perth when they get back to me. looks like a good manifold, if cost for freight is reasonable may get one.

he he i alomost bought the fp manifold cost more to get it here could have got a nice steam pipe one made up went with gtpumps good unit

i just landed an FP manifold. you can't compare the EVO3 to FP manifold. they are miles apart. the FP has the merged collector (reminescent of the 6boost design but of course it is cast) and is a work of art.

either do group buy or save up and buy up to your limit. i go through extremepsi. they sell all that FP shit plus more. i usually keep under the US $1000 including shipping (150-180 for just the shipping).

trick- don't buy through FP if you can get it from one of their on-sellers. price of item is same but shipping is less.

just food for thought...
