i suspect foul play just the way it happens seems sus...
apparently he was naked aswell....
he had perscription pills aswell as non p pills all around him....
but yea huge loss for aussie's was top actor...
hopefully batman the dark knight will be good so it will show his last work as being awesome....

now the media made up some bullshit that he had pneumonia and the pills were for that..

selfish....had world at his feet a young pup too...messed up gettin cheap thrills he could afford any of the worlds great thrills proves money cant buy happiness an he was goin down the jonny depp type path with rregards to his films roles which is awesome none the less a tragedy
I doubt there was any foul play involved or that it was accidental suicide. Sometimes when you're not in the right state of mind you take things way too far and by the time you realise that there is no "undo" button its too late. We guys are notorius for not handling our emotions well so IMO he was down, took some pills, laid back on the bed with a million things going on in his mind for whatever reasons, and unfortunately went into cardiac arrest and died. Its a shame, he was an actor I actually admired and looked forward to seeing his films as its good to see a young Aussie bloke do well. RIP Heath, my heart goes out to his family, friends and fans.
I couldnt belive it myself i actually thought it was a joke, but how shocked i was to know it was true, he was a very good Australian actor, one of the best, he played so well in ned kelly, his acting accent. First was irwin and now heath, just shocking.

Doesnt matter if they found him upside down, right-side up, on his face, on the floor, in a chair or on the toilet seat. If you overdose on pills, whilst you're still alive you're going to be tossing and turning all over the place to deal with the aches and cramps to find the most comfortable/bearable position. You could also be going into uncontrollable fits and spasms, temperature changes, psychosis, etc. Not pertaining to Heath's death, but people who think overdosing on pills will be peaceful, think again. You are basically poisoning yourself and depending on the type of medication you could end up experiencing a painful agonising and slow death.

Very sad stuff... so sad to see someone so young and so talented gone.
He was never a guy that you heard bad stuff about in the media, he seemed like a pretty genuinely nice bloke.
It was sad to see so many camera crews outside his apartment as his body was brought out in the bag. Seemed a bit disrespectful to me.

was sad. as above, never a bad thing to be heard but apparently he suffered a bit from depression after his split up, but that i can understand.
Still will be a loss. he was young to.. poor guy, just wait for autopsy to prove he didnt go whack himself.

Just heard on the news that they found Cocaine and Ecstacy in his system during the Autopsy. Very sad stuff. Not only is he dead now, but his reputation has been tarnished.
What I still fail to understand is, why the hell is this the business of the public anyway? I know its the norm for this kind of thing, but why?
