Guys,
The time has come early to part with my little beast. The finances have run well and truly dry and now I need to cut my losses and move on. This car is heavily modified with only a few minor tweaks needed to make it a weapon.
Car - 1992 A-Spec Galant VR4 with 207,000km's (fully rebuilt at 200,000km's)
Engine Mods - Fully rebuilt 4G63, forged pistons and rods, balanced bottom end, lightened flywheel, heavy duty clutch, heavy duty valve springs, Crower 272/272 camshafts, adjustable cam gears, Delphi 880cc injectors, 550hp Walbro fuel pump, Malpassi adjustable fuel pressure regulator, evo 3 copy exhaust manifold, small 16g turbo, full 3 inch exhaust including custom 3 inch dump. K & N Pod Filter with 055afm into custom intake pipe, then 3 inch piping and 600x300 cooler. Plumb-back blow-off valve. Chiptorque programmable chip controls the factory ECU.
Suspension/Wheels/Brakes - The car sits on Pedders sport-riders shocks and springs, which sits it at a great height, and has 17x7 'Rays' rip offs that also look good. Have got 2 pot fronts with slotted discs and EBC greenstuff pads up front, and standard discs with blackstuff pads at the back.
Inside - Excellent condition, not a mark or tear anywhere, 3 guages mounted on the dash (oil pressure, a/f ratio, boost), Apexi AVCR, nice Isotta steering wheel and gear knob.
Stereo - JVC head unit (mp3 compatible etc etc.), 6.5inch pioneer speakers in custom door pods in the front, with tweeters on the dash, 6.5 inch pioneer 3 way speakers in the parcel shelf, 2 x 12" Pioneer subs in seperate enclosures in the boot, with 2 cadence amps running the show.
Up to this point no expense has been spared to get this car exactly how I want it, but now I don't have the cash to finish it off, basically it needs a tune (has a chiptorque chip, so justs needs dyno time to get tuned properly), and thats probably about it (I have been told it will be easier to tune with 560cc evo injectors rather than the 880's.).
After $17,000 which also includes a spare exhaust manifold with zero cracks, and a spare small 16g turbo which has 2 minor cracks but still works fine. Will have 6 months rego as of mid July.
Regards,
Ben
