help with turbo outlet pipe size 1 3/4" or 2 1/4"

Hi all,
I am chasing the outlet pipe diameter for a TD05-16G Evo 1-3, the black steel pipe that attaches to the turbo with 2 bolts. I have just installed a TD05 on my GSR and the outlet pipe I have is from a VR4 14B and is about 1.75 inch (48mm), I'm guessing the Evo turbo outlet pipe is 2.25 inch (58mm) as this is the size of the Evo intercooler outlet pipes.

if you have a td05 why don't you just measure it?

but the one im using a modified td04 gsr one cut and rotated to go over the manifold is the same size as yours 1 3/4 inch it actually steps up from a smaller size.

Can someone with an EVO outlet pipe on their TD05-16G please measure the outlet pipe as shown in the picture?

I can measure mine for you tomorrow night. I actually took some rough measurements of it over the weekend, from memory it was around 50mm diameter.

You cant use the GSR pipe, the hole in the middle doesnt match the hole on the turbo by lots

well then my outlet pipe must be evo cause it matches up fine it only was off when i rotated it thus why it was modified

Yhe the centre hole isnt centres, more towards 1 of the bolt holes than the other, if you flip the GSR pipe 180 degrees then it will fit

so to clear this up, if you rotate the factory GSR td04 outlet pipe 180degrees it will match with the td05 16g outlet?
