Hey boy's and girl's.

I live in sydney and I'm the proud owner of a 1986 Cordia AC GSR. I purchased the car september last year which was a huge jump from my first car a ford festiva  . I bought the car with an immaculate respray, original decals brand new, 16inch Polo Chrome rims, 3inch exhaust, tints, momo steering wheel and that was it. Since then ive gone and got the following:

- Sony MP3 deck
- Central locking
- Alarm and Immobiliser
- Dual trumpet BOV
- 450 x 300 x 76 JUSTJAP Bar and Plate FMIC
- Custom 2.5inch alluminium intercooler pipping
- 4inch Cannon style exhaust

And this week a TC06 is comming in with AB dump pipe. This will be taken straight to get rebuilt and hiflowed with a T4 compressor wheel. The next week itll be fitted along side a new oil cooler with braided lines. After this ill be doing an AC - AB conversion which means i need to get hold of AB throttlebody and injectors, AB ECU and loom, and finally AB air flow meter. Hopefully this will all be done prior to the Sydney cruise which I'm really looking forward to and I hope most of you who live in Sydney will too.

This is a link to some photo's ive taken of the car from when i first purchased it to present day:

I have a soft spot for cordias!

I think the front mount looks tops!

But those rims are freaking disgusting dude !

What seats are they?

Really nice car mate!!!! The paint looks awesome!

Can i ask a silly question? Howcome you went for a TC06 over something like the more common TD05? Does the TC06 bolt straight on? I just heard that they are very laggy, but with great top end. Let us know how it goes anyway! :)

LOL yeh i didnt really like the rims myself but my main priority at the moment is to get the work done to the engine ASAP. In regards to the TC06 I was advised by the Cordia members that this was my best option. The main reason for this is the minimal work needed for the conversion which only requires the dump pipe off the AB model to be fitted along side the turbo. As for the lag im being told that its very minimal and a hiflowing will suit well with my set up so we'll see how it goes. Thanx for the comments and unfortunately i cant afford new rims so ill take them as they are.... btw the seats are stock AC GSR seats

Nice car.
All the best with the build up.....and remember..if i doesnt work.

The answer is 2l.....lol.

nice cordia it looks sweet  and I cant wait to buy another one myself

mine had a td05 14b conversion

there very cheap turbos to get and its like the car has antilag

mine was in the 14s with only 13psi and stock AC fuel setup on stock internals

I should have ran wider tyres (smaller than stock 185/65/14) and a bit more boost and it should have seen 13s

Hiflow tc06 should be just as good I think, they make alot bigger power figs
