Hey,
New to the forums, but not new to EVO's.
Had my 2005 EVO IX for nearly a year & competed in a few events.
Won an all girls event back in June/July last year. But that is my only decent result in the car.
Have competed in EVO vs WRX & also the Twilight Rally. Have also tracked Barbagallo Raceway & Collie motorplex, but never had a time. (Should get a Barbagallo time this month)
Have run it down the 1/4 with a 12.7
Car is pretty basic at the moment.
Exhaust & tune is all the motor work. Running DMS50 coilovers, whiteline roll centre kit, Project MU B-spec front pads & NS rear.
More mods to come. Just started a job at an EVO specialist workshop, which makes me want to spend crazy money on the car.

Welcome to the forum from a fellow west aussie......I have seen a few of your posts on Perth evo.

Not that you will need it....considering where your working....but there is a wealth of experience in the 4g63 engine on this forum. Mainly early stuff but the later models are starting to become more common here to.

we have the occasional bbq for the west aus crew ....will make sure you get an invite to the next one..

nice ride i do love the evo 9 that for sure, ill have to take my car to barbagello next time im over there always wanted to drive that track.

HeHe... Hay you going Babe..

You changed jobs yet.. to T..M's.. oh.. edit... i take you original post as a yes...

Saw you at the drags remember....?

Be keen to do Barbagallo also..

Your car is drool worthy! lol..

Catch ya next event...

I am really good & yep I am now at Tokyo Motorsports so my car has a nice colletion of advertising stickers on it.
I remember seeing you at the drags, seen your post about the car not running well. That isn't good at all.
I've got new wheels coming soon & planning on getting rid of the horrible ride height this weekend. So that will help my current camber problems as my DMS50's don't have adjustable camber tops.

I did an event on the 6th of February & came 1st! It was an all-girls event ran by AEM at the Midvale Speed Dome.
I ended up coming 12th up againsts the guys out of a field of 54, so I am sooo happy at that.
I am racing next on the 24th of this month. have a day event at Barbagallo then I am doing the Twilight Rally at Kwinana Motorplex that night.
Have since done some little upgrades to the car. Fitted slotted DBA4000 rotors to the front & have also fitted a whiteline adjustable rear sway bar.
Made a heap of difference on the track. The brakes work sooo well with the Project Mu pads.
