how many boosts?

Hi guys,
so i bought my first gsr the other day and dont know too much about it ....
just looking for advice on how much to raise the boost (if its stock internals i dont want to blow it ) i know it has a walbro fuel pump and a A I reasearch T 04 turbo and vr4 injectors it may have a chipped ecu but havent checked yet.... so how much boost would be safe ?

Get an AFR gauge.....would be your first thing....then wind it up. That way you can monitor whats going on.
I had my old GSR on 16psi and never had an issue.
Many boosts is good!

What figures should i be seeing ive got one on my apexi turbo timer but it seems to give random figures if any sometimes

No more than 12 - 12.2 at WOT is safe.....especially on an unopened motor.
Mid 11s would be better.

I wouldnt be relying on the apexi thing...I would be getting a dedicated gauge such as an MTX L or similar.

I'm assuming 4g93t? Stock rods are weak link. Too much boost with mine from previous owner (20 psi) and the bottom of the piston will kiss the crank.
