How to change gear ratios to 3.545

Hey guys I'm currently running a evo 3 drivetrain but want to make my gear ratios longer as i built the car for the 1/4 mile no to sure what step to take 1st some direction would be great.

The search function is pretty poo I must say, no less than 3 letters... wtf, kind of need rvr, vr4, evo or gsr in 90% of the searches
I usually use google and include 4gt in the search
