Hi All!!,

Probably a stupid question but how the hell would i go about importing a Libero GT? No idea where to start something i seriously want to look into in the future.

Cheers,
Ted.

Move to NZ for a year or two...buy one over there.
Then move back here and bring it back with you....as a personal import.

Dunno if thats still allowed but? Im sure some genius will correct me if its not.

My old trade school teacher offered me that years ago, he has a family farm over there...could be an option.

I would be interested in this too, I had all intentions of a '63 swap for my CE wagon then I discovered Libero GTs(AWD FTW). If I had a place to go to in NZ I'd almost be tempted, the sheep would be ok but I'd have to bring my own

midgets to make a decent income.

I found this awesome book. It was a coffee table book and toured a heap of nz sheds.
there was cool stuff on every page, hot rods, classics, customs, old british bikes. Great book, not sure where it is now tho.
spewing I didnt see anything like that on my trip to nz.
we did rent-a-thrash a magna but.

Or if ya can find someone who has owned it for a year, and is willing to, shout them a trip over, get them to open a bank, convert licence and get a tfn, and they can personal import for you, About 2004 I was gunna get a mates s6 rx7 but he only had it for 6 months, dunno how much has changed since then though

It's not as simple as it seems... just ask Liberoz. At the end of the day you still don't have a Libero.
