Hey guys, just thought i'd post a intro thread

Already own one 4g, looking at another one very soon

Current Car - 07 CH Lancer VRX

Mods;
Wedsport Farmas 17x8 +36, painted black
G4 coilovers, wound down a little :p
K&N Filter

Looking at getting another car and giving the CH to the mrs

Car im looking at getting: CC Coupe in white

Mods i want to do to it - aims are to turn it into a street registered FWD drag car

Engine -
4G63T from a vr4 or a evo 1-3
GT30/71R or maybe a little bigger
Turbo back 3" Exhaust
Front mount
CAI
Bigger TB
Haltech with custom tune
Plenum
Injectors
Fuel pump
4G63T gearbox locked to FWD - With LSD
Aircon and powersteering removal
Rewired
All engine bay holes filled smoothed and painted white

Exterior -
16x8.5"" Volk TE37's(or similiar) with very aggressive offset
Coilovers
Alot of body Braces and such
Standard GL Bodykit
Evo 4-6 Brembos with 5 stud conversion

Interior -
Fully Stripped inc. Sound deadening
Fixed back bucket
Dash
everything else removed
Fuel Cell
Rollcage

Basically want to make it a semi professional drag car that i can drive to the shops if need be.

Theres a certain orange one for sale in QLD, already got half the mods you mentioned, plus its cheap!

Yeah Dean, ive seen that one. loved the mods list however ive got my mindset of a white one and although i love the sedan front end, i'd much rather a coupe front end + I'd much rather get the satisfaction of doing everything myself.

However if a white one popped up already converted with a few mods i'd consider it

Hey mate, im just doing some research on how much power the 63T makes over the 93T, and how realible the power is made
 
Two completely different engines. In stock form a '63T will always make more power and torque than '93T.

Reliability comes down to how much boost, abuse and maintainence you want to put the motor through.

This '93T Coupe has run 15psi day in and day out with no issues at all and pulls hard through all the gears.
 
Its very nice yes,

but im not 100% sure about it. he would have gone to alot of trouble to fit climate control, power windows, and all the other non-standard stuff. were as i would just rip everything out and strip it
