WHO THE F..K gives the power of decision to a mortgage insurance firm.

I hate them with a passion I am wanting to move into a new area (more about that later) i have found my dream house not much but everyone has their tastes.

Some F..knuckle most prolly in a office somewhere trying for his highest score on some computer game has rejected my loan on my dream home as a result the Vendor has changed his mind on selling and I have missed my opportunity.

Now listen to their reason:
Oh Mr S...... we believe you are only getting a loan for a deposit and will get a loan for the house elsewhere and for that fn stupid reason we reject your request for additional funds. No fn matter that all I wanted was about the cost of Evo 6 yet the fn collateral in my properties runs in the hundreds of thousands!

As a result I missed out on my dream home fn wankers like they can make a decision based on assumptions. Today (too fn late) they offered me free fees and charges i said yes originally but now I rang them back this afternoon and shove your fees and charges I want that snotty nosed wanker that fu..d up my chance to buy my dream home's arse. If they dont give me a written apology by end of this week with a follow up phone call to my kids to tell them why they dont get a horse and stuff I will sue their fn arses off for compensation.

Am I being too harsh??? sorry for war and peace but have you ever wanted something really bad? and some faceless piece of shit makes a decision to kill it off when their role is solely to base a decision on fact. f..kers.

This house I wanted had a FN PISS TROUGH In the garage. How cool is that!

I think with the markets the way they are they have just got there limits set higher as they don't wanna get them selves into anything that could pottentially fall through.

trust me mate when i went for a small reconsolidation loan i got knocked back 3 times and i argued with them till i got the loan... these days u just gotta keep fighting it.

I told them the reasons for the loan... they know my net worth and still had the nerve to reject me.

I asked them for the reason in which they were hesitant to give me then came up with a 1 late repayment reason in which i then really gave it to them.

Told them i will take all my assets and do business elsewhere if thats how they treat a loyal customer of many years.

I also made a complaint about it too. Loan was approved 2 days later

Mind you when you have a lot of asset behind you you can win it pretty easy by threatening to take your business elsewhere.

Yesterday was a shite day. My car slowly rolled into my fence when I got out to close the gate, looked back, couldnt run back in time to save it or hold/push it... gg pos handbrake.

what you have to understand is that its not the person on the front that approves the loan... they are system approved..

once the system rejects it, if the case were to be fought, it has to go throught the credit manager..

yeah it is system approved but the system only has the information thats entered into it to consider.

Mortgage

This was not system approved, cause on paper my assets far out wiegh my depts to the tune of hundreds of thousands.

This was some snotty nosed f..r that thought he would envoke the power of god and just give grief to someone for whatever reason. Maybe cause I am a wog I dont know!

However I don't fu.k around and sent an rocket up the CEO's arse. That afternoon I had a phone call saying it was approved.

This is just a load of crap hence why my approval has gone through. Decisions are based on a simple formula.

How much do you want?
How much do you have?
How much do you owe?
How much can you repay?
Have U been in trouble (bad credit, bankrupt etc)

Its not rocket science as the man says and they should stick to that not to physic approvals.

Man I feel good. This is very therapeutic!
