i just thort that id throw a pic up of a standard gsr manifold sitting next to a standard gsr manifold that has been honed out to suit the td-05... now i knew that there would be a difference but this is borderline ridiculus :shock:

Well looks like I have a bit of work to do when I decide to put on a TD05! What do people that have made the hole bigger use? Die grinder - that will take ages looking at what has to be done! I was just gonna get some stainless steel headers made up by a guy in NZ but he is no longer making them

you should have had the inside of the runner polished at the same time.

dang, I threw out a manifold from my 4g93 that had been modified to fit a td05 not too long ago, would have GIVEN it to u :\

u threw it out, well there goes $100 if it suited a td05 16g turbo
