Hey Guys, what is a good Idle speed? mine is sitting on around 1500rpm, I reckon this is way to high, how do I adjust it? move TPS?

there should be a screw on the inlet manifold which you can turn.

set it to about 800rpm and u should be right!

just remember to earth your timing pin and also your idle speed pin... (disable both) then adjust your idle to 800rpm, make sure its warm and once its stable disconnect the earthing wires and it should be good provided the idle control is still in working order

i think you need to do it so the computer isnt controlling it anymore, and you can set it to where you want it to be, and then once you take the ground away, the computer senses the new position/controls the idle speed? Something like that i think?

thanks for the advice guys I had my mate who works at Mitsubishi around to day and he was able to show me what to do. Idle is much better now :D
