If turbo is stuffed does it go though oil??

hey guys and girls just wanna know if a turbo is stuffed does the car use engine oil to cool it cause my car is using a lot of oil and blowing white smoke!! engine has been re-built and so has turbo so dont really know what it can be?

i thought u always get oil in your cooler pipes due to blow by? thus the need for a catch can?

i though white smoke = water = head gasket or something sorry just a thought dont wont to worry you

did you check your oil stick? if it comes out milky.. then its headgasket

turbo seals are more tingy blue.

that's the main idea macca but some other factors can contribute to the smoke coming out.
