Hi Guys. Need some help in upgrading my Ignition Leads. I've seen torque and power gains with Splifire and Moroso but they don't make them for this engine. Currently I have NGK and their ok but I've had better on different cars. I'm open to suggestions. Engine is a 4G93 (internally stock) and is used for Hill Climbs in a Proton satria GTi so any improvement in Torque would be handy. I finished 3rd in last years Championship so it's no slouch. Whats working for you guy's.
 
I'm running 7.5mm Eagles in my Satria, dunno about more torque but they seem to be doing the job.
 
about as much as a bee's fart if they actually fart nitrous oxide.

get some decent 8mm or 10mm leads that will take care of the spark transfer....If you are running lowish boost...say under 15 lb

open up plug gap...get some fuel in down low...retard exhaust cam timing. this will spool turbo quicker...that will give you torque

open up plug gap don't you mean close it down factory speck on plug gap for 93T's is .8mm and most people gap down to .6

no...I mean open it up. he wanted low end torque so to get a faster flame front....open up plug gap to get a broader spark. It might blow out way up high if ge goes up in boost.
 
Magnecor. Personally they are the best leads i've used. They also fixed an electrical gremlin in my dad's alfetta. If they can make 1980's Italian electrics work then you know they're solid. Need to be custom made though and not sure how many places are doing them these days.
