I'm car No. 83, which means that the organisers think I am faster than at least 2 other cars in the field, I find that funny

Many years ago I was car 54 but by division break I was 25th on the road .My Navigator said that I was always faster when I saw lights or dust ahead

Tarmac special stage on Friday night at Caloundra (behind Corbold Park), then rallying on Saturday and Sunday based around Imbil.

But with 1.3 litre, 63kW, 1100 kg including crew, how fast we go is directly proportional to how much headwind or tailwind we have.

Can't wait til I build a 1.5l 100kW motor for it. That should give it some much needed hurry up.:thumbsup:

Chris is car 2 on the road, I am car 83, so yes I am after Atko .
For the Super special stage, they are letting 3 cars out at a time, at 15 second intervals. Like they did at the Speed on Tweed stage for the WRC last year. Should make it interesting to watch.

they came out with a 1.5l turbo in japan rob, think it had around 120kw...

I beat Chris Atkinson........we waved to him as we went by.
Out of 83 starters, I think only 41 finished (and I was one of the finishers). The attrition rate was terrible.

good to here. i am running as sweep in my vr4, at Cardwell rally next weekend. should be bags of fun.

Sweep sucks, you have to stop all the time.
I'm doing zero car in a fortnight at a club rally at Esk, we aint stopping for no-one!
