What does this tell people?

Ok so it wasnt crankwalk that stuffed the engine,

I recken you revved it too much and the valves got stuck which made the rockers fly off, the valves then hit your pistons and bent which most probably cracked your pistins which then got stuck in the bores which then snapped a rod

In other works..... u have got yourself a nice big ugly anchor

it tells me that the timing belt skipped a couple of teeth and and the exhaust valves hit the pistons.

is the balance shaft belt still intact?....often that breaking is the cause of a timing belt failure as it gets caught in the timing belt and allows it to skip teeth.

besides bent valves ...which arent that dear...you might have some cracked guides so get them checked at the same time as the head is cleaned up

Alright bill check balance shaft belt :) do you think the cams would still be usable bin thinking of putting them in my NA along with other things that might be better to stop the ticking. I'm gonna get a whole new motor I think but may as well salvage what I can from this
