If I was to get a turbo that needs rebuild can any body tell me what is required or what questions to ask about what is the problem that needs attention.
I have got the exhaust manifold for my car that suits the TD range of turbos, and have been offerd a turbo, that needs rebuild, for a very good price, but I am unsure about the REBUILD factor.
