Is This VR4 ECU an EPROM or not

just tell me,,, is the following ECU outa VR4 and Eprom or not..

apparently from a Facelift Model

MD150427
E2T36173A (the "A" at the end of this. what does that mean?)
9630

WHAT IS THIS 9630 ? couldnt find that in any forum or ECU refference

forum in for says its a Single Board
but some threads say its EPROM and some threads say its NON-EPROM

problem resolved guys. No longer need info. Found an eprom ecu for sure this time!
