Just a quick note to the few that know..
The car starts! and runs WooHoo!
there is a bit of tuning needed as I have to shove a fair wack of fuel in her just to get her to idle.
The only dramas I have is the radiator/ coolent system block is leaking, obviously crappy gasket maker! and the lifters are fairly noisy, even though they are not that old.
Oil pressure is great after rebuilding the oil pump idle is about 40psi
One thing i have discovered is! it is bloody responsive on the throttle .. just blip the throttle and it is nealy at the ceiling. and it sounds bloody angry too
so there it is .. it has only been off the road since 14th march.
O and the turbo is still turning after 50 seconds after switch off and thats at 1000rpm idle.
just hope it hold together long enf for me to actually drive it.
