Its just a shadow from someone walking by on an upper level there somewhere. You can see a shadow of a chandeleir being cast in the same room and then someone walking past which casts a shadow onto the wall and the fireplace. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hpV-NTHgAI&feature=related
