Japspec GSR LSD to be or not to be?

Help Support 4GTuner:

Yeah, rear LSDs were an option on Jap spec GSRs. Not terribly common, but not unheeard of to find one. They are only viscous LSDs anyway, after a good 100,000 kms on them they arent as tight as they used to be and dont give the best LSD effect. Best option would be to find a plate type LSD from an RS Evo and have it put into your GSRs rear diff. That way you retain the 3.545 final drive and can use the normal rear shafts.

Front LSDs are rare as hell, only came as an option on the GSR-RS. Again, viscous but the only option for a plate type front LSD is an aftermarket jobbie ($$$$$$$$$)
