Hey Guys,

Just letting you know that now i am working at Powerflow Injection in melbourne. Im working here fulltime from 8:30am to 5:30pm monday to friday if you need a hand with anything or a query please give me a call on 1300 880 928 and ask for Jony.

Tharaka: i have good pricing on them.. send me an email [email protected] attn it to ATTN: Jony and ill get back to you.. we have anything EFI.. injectors.. fuel pumps.. speedflow fittings etc..

Im trying to talk the guys into making 80mm throttle bodies for our motors.. and stuff :p we just finished off making our LS1 throttle body to work with the PWR superchargers.. and stuff..

we have all inhouse CNC machines.. so we can make anything really.. :)

Powerflow Injection 4G63 Fuel Rail and Fuel Rail Kits. These kits can be supplied with ?Denso? injectors and plugs, however they can also be supplied with a modified Siemens injector which would make this kit a complete ?bolt on? unit. The only modification that would be needed would be the modification of the fuel inlet and return lines to suit the ? UNF fittings. The luxury of this package is also the fact that you can still run this fuel rail with the factory injectors!

As stated all our parts are made inhouse, so this is our own unique kit.

Before you copy/paste at me, because i'm well and truly aware of what powerflow sells...

go read www.ffwdconnection.com -> go-go-juice -> down the bottom.

I said complete bolt-on/bolt-off kit, not "omg, you only have to modify this fitting! (and then change all your lines etc)"
 
I can supply all the lines/speedflow fittings etc.. for this custom fuel rail to bolt on. Our fuel rails are 17.4mm ID and take a 3/4 UNF -6 fittings inline and return, if you have your own specific FPR we can supply fittings to bolt up to that.

Prices normally arent quoted with fittings unless specified.

PS: We supply these fuel rails to afew business in australia but the most recognized one is Advanced Performance Centre (APC) in QLD.

The online cataglogue isnt really up to date and the pricing is pretty much outdated too.. plus if you ring us and speak to me ill give you trade price on most items.

Yes our fuel rails are made to suit 11mm or 14mm injectors.. and yes the sards will drop in :)

Jon, can you guys supply custom quad throttle bodies (throttle bodies only, no stacks or provision for injectors needed) with 34 mm chokes (its for a rally car, not the vr4)?
 
Hey Guys,

Yer we can do custom engraving on the fuel rails but we would need an order of 5 to make it feesable. Also we do strange things with the engineering side, anything you want we can make.. but at what costs im not sure yet. Normally one off's we charge by the hour.. so it depends how long it is. Rob can you cad me a description of what you want please?

Do you guys use a C&C mill? From the look of those rails there's be one involved in their manufacture. If that's so, do you know how much it is per hour and the kind of file the mill takes? Been looking for a machinist and thus far its been an arm and a leg. Oh yer, what's the damage for a gold-anodized rail? Forgot to ask that.

We have plenty of CNC machines. The files that they support are: dxf and igis.

The rate we charge for custom/one off stuff is $100 hour + GST

Gold Anodized rails we have in stock. I can do a rail for $220 inc GST, if you wanted a complete fitting kit i can price one up also. The pricing above is for a singular item, if say 3 - 5 were purchased i could lower etc, so find out if any of you other guys want a rail.
