Without predjudice, and having something to do with show cars previously, the graphics, eyelids and wing cheapens the car up in my opinion and outdates it. It makes it look like a P-plater trying hard to do up their car but going the wrong way about it as the mods arent considered 'credible' by todays 'street' standards. Out my way when you see cars like that they are usually built on Centrelink or Austudy funds where the accompanying mods include other typical P-Plater additions like spray painted interiors, pod filters and big loud tinny exhausts (oh and a subwoofer) and they're usually getting thrashed 99% of the time and speeding down the highway. I dunno, maybe its just me but I wouldnt take a car looking like that seriously. Not meaning to offend anyone by the way.
BUT, taking the car back to its grass roots and dumping the red GSR on a set of big fat wheels and dark tinted windows, keeping it simple and sleek spells 'T-O-U-G-H' in my books. It would appeal to all and offers an element of surprise/mystery to what's been done to it. Clean and mean is the way to go.
