KYB suspension Part numbers

Does anyone know or have the part numbers for the kyb super special (street) adjustible shocks front and rear?

I need the part numbers for Evo's I, II & III (and GSR if they are different) and the galant VR4.

I have some on my GSR and i'm trying to work out if they are the right model. On inspection, I have found that the fronts don't appear to have the right bracket for the brake lines.
