Leaking BOV?

Hey guys just asking people's opinons on the problem happening with the my aspec. It seems to come on boost quite slow (or maybe i am used to the old car), and when it hits 15psi there's a large jolt as the power drops out and the boost drops about 3 psi then builds up again.

Does that sound like a leaky BOV? If it is i might try crushing it like on the vfaq today. By the way, any idea as to why it's running 15psi? The BCS is attatched and has only had the sleeve removed. Could it be that its not actually workin?

put the jspec engine in, will fix your problems, sounds a little like fuel cut

your hitting boost cut. (over 15psi)

when i get onto making these chips.. ill send you one which will remove your boost cut..

Rock on Still unsure as to why im running such high boost. Going to re-install my GFB BCS and turn it down. Maybe my original BCS has died in tha ass y'all

intake leak? exhaust manifold crack? turbo rear housing crack?

those are the common problems.

Cracks... argh dont say that...

Just noticed a crack creeping up from the bottom of my windshield... Doh! There goes some more cash.

Might get mechanics to check out stuff for cracks next service. I dont have the facilities to pull that sorta stuff apart at home
