I know its not an evo/gsr and Libero's are rear in Australia.. but has anybody converted their 3.545 Libero diff to an Lsd from a gsr? Or evo even though its 3.909 and the crown wont fit in the housing?

I have a 3.545 rvr open diff head that iv tried to put in the casing but its to wide to fit in, whitch makes me think that it will be the same with a gsr/evo arrangement?

Do i have to disassemble the whole crown and pinion and swap the individual bits over? Will they fit?

grab a gsr rear diff it should bolt in place of the original libero unit evo lsd will fit but you'll need to put the gsr crown on it

your right my bad. maybe look at rx7 diffs the old ones what you want is a lsd center that you can bolt your crown to.

3.545 diff out of the rvr irs setup, about 5mm to wide to fit in the cyborg/Libero case

On the left is the 3.545 rvr diff head on the right is a 2.8 cyborg diff and up top is a auto 3.309 Libero diff head still in the casing.

Rvr has 39-10 teeth on the crown and pinion, auto libero has 43-10 and the cyborg has 37-10.
Now if you divide these numbers you are suppose to get the correct ratio but thats not the case.
Also gsr 3.5 ratio diffs are 39-11 on the crown and pinion, now am i counting the teeth wrong or whats going on here?
