Has anyone had success using a lightweight flywheel?

Although if you are using your car as a daily, you will notice that the car will drink a little more as you have to rev the car a tad harder to move it.

Adding to the benefits the others have mentioned, a lighter rotating mass increases decell (less inertia), this can directly relate to faster up shifting.

During a gear change, if you notice that you need to stall a clutch engagement to prevent clonking, especially in the lower gears, this mod will help.

Only problem is my shafts weighed 3.5Kg, lol.

I have used one of these in the past with great success. No more sluggish revving- you will need to keep an extra eye out on the tacho as they rev so much quicker!

Only problem is my shafts weighed 3.5Kg, lol.

Im old....maybe it was 3.5kg. But I did weigh everthing...the belt..and the two drive gears for the belt
