I would take a guess at cost and availability.

I know here in the act i have a choice of driving 300kms to the nearest dragstrip which is only open to public on wednesdays, makes for a brutal thursday morning, and 100kms to nearest track which is open 4 times a year to public on weekends.

No matter what you are raving and ranting about, whenever you get on your high horse there is always a reason for things. As much as i hate stealing some people are homeless and steal food to survive....

I suggest leaving this lame subject alone. Racing in surbabn streets is stupid everyone agrees. Whether people choose to do otherwise is their choice. Which also means they get to deal with the consequences.

because it annoys me when people think its cool, and brag about it.

i can only hope that they get their cars confiscated, or they get written off in an accident.
