Its hard to tell but in my opinion it could be...
OIL FOULING
Apperence:Oil fouled plugs are often quite wet and sticky on the ends,if they are left this way for a while, they can actully gum upwith burnt oil, causeing them to cease firing altogether.A sign of something wrong, the oil foulingcan come from either a totally worn engine(with oil coming up past the rings), a brocken piston, or faulty vaulve guides. At a minimum, change the plugs overstraigh away and montitor how quickly the oil pollutes them again
REMEDY:
Since engines rarly fix themselves, getting the compression checked straightaway to determine the magnitude of the problem is a good idea. The bottem line is a engine that fouls its plugs with oil needs attention.
of course it may not be this as i said it is very hard to tell from the photos.
