Hey guys, had a oil preassure gauge in my car for a few months and have noticed that recently the oil preassure has been getting down to the 8psi mark when the engine is hot and at iddle.
That was with magnatec, tried putting a thicker oil in which solved the problem for about a week and its now doing the same thing again.
when giving the engine a boot oil preassure goes up to about 105psi and normal cruising is about 73psi.
my question is what could be causing this low oil preassure at idle?
