Fu*k.
Thats scary shit?
what brand are they?
thats the problem, theres like 10 different brands that make the same wheels

and obviously there is a huge flaw in their design

luckily for all the ricers out there, their cars wont ever see the track, so they are most likely safe

Rims aren't subject to ADR's.

As long as you satisfy the % increase rules in relation to your tyre placard you'll be fine.
cool i will go put the terracotta rims I made out the back on.Hahahahahaha juss kiddddiiinnnnggggg.

Guys, one of my mates told me Magnesium rims are not ADR approved for street use. Is this true?

If so, I can go have a cry :(

nice ar'nt they   $ :x

as to standards for rims, i know when i imported my jspec the guy checked for a symbol on the rim to make sure it was legal. Not sure what the symbol meant or who governs em but almost every rim i have seen has it.

That said i guess its not hard to fake it.

I think its the JWL and VIA standards that need to be stamped on the rims for them to comply.

HOpefully ordering. Just checking prices at the moment. $8.5K is a bit steep. I might have to fly to UK next time I'm on annual leave.
