hey guys im going to upgrade my clutch on my e6 soon and im in need of a decent workshop that knows what they are doin and a reasonbly priced. anybody know of a good workshop close to the city??

cheers

hey nvs- hows it!

tech sport would be the pick of the bunch for your E6, but they're not exactly anywhere near the city- at all.

try the guys down at chasers garage instead, they're located in west melbourne, about a 5min drive from la trobe street

cheers for the feed back fellas, bayswater is far to far away for me, ive found a place "race breaks" on racecourse road has anybody delt with them before and had a good/bad experience?

is that the one on the corner opposite the car washing place?

they have quite a few nice cars at the front sometimes, but i'd still recommend chasers which is like 5 mins from that place anyway.

I know what its like being fresh

Heatcote's about 100km out of melbourne, doesnt take long to get there though, mostly 100kph zones. Its a pretty laxed strip (being in the middle of no where) but has wicked pits, and good environment. 50 cars means you get as many goes as you want, and get the chance to check out everyone elses cars and chit-chat etc

calder gets rammed- if you get there too late, you'll be lucky to get 3 drags, there's not really anywhere park up in a group, plus its on a friday night- i'd rather be at the bar myself

yep been to racebrakes a lot of the subie guys used him but my friend did and had a bit of trouble with him.

i would recommend chasers if you want near the city

they have done mine before and they are personal friends of mine.

give thema call and speak to Glenn and tell him polo with evo 5 referred u

yup chasers are going to do my clutch install went there 2 weeks ago to get a price and it was pretty good qoute, how ever they only have a 2wd dyno so goin sum wer else to get the tune, cheers for the feed back fellas
