I have been searching for a decent Mexican restaurant in this town that has decent food!

I'm not interested in $25+ mains- I want to try somewhere that is CHEAP aswell as good! There has to be somewhere out there?

I have been to Bluecorn in St Kilda, the food was great but wayy over priced, which was the same as when I went to Los Amates Kitchen on Johnson st in Fitzroy.....Also tried Taco Bill (Clifton Hill) and the Coyote Cafe in Fitzroy Nth but wasn't that satisfied for the money....


Anyone got anything worth mentioning??

Its hard to find decent mexican these days! My favourite is in Glenelg (Adelaide) which is called Gringos.

I forgot to say that i've been to Mexicali Rose on Swan St Richmond aswell which aint bad, but i'm looking for better!!!

Yeah- I eat out quite abit!

Also keen on some Greek or Lebanese spots that are bangers if any of you guys know which ones are the spots to to go!

Done Piraeus Blues and jim's Greek tavern and both are pretty damn good!!! :)

hey.. the wife and I love mexican!!.. theres a few spots in the west which may be of interest!

In Williamstown, there is a place called Viva Zapata's.. they do a mean chicken quesadilla as well as other dishes.

Theres also one in Werribee which is owned by i think a Chilean dude who makes some fantastic food. Its called Salsa.

If you dont like these 2 then your too picky!! hehe

Coyote Cafe- been there, done that!

they do have tight ass tuesdays- $2 tacos. My mate did 10 (or was it 20?) and got a free 3 amigo's hat :)
