Microtec Help Needed

Hey guys

I picked up my new engine today, engine is good however i cant say the same about the microtec:huh: The loom was "suppose" to suit the motor but however all i can match up is the injector clips, other plugs and what not seem to all be wrong..my question is there are no plugs on the loom to suit the CAS, water temp, and some other things that dont have connectors. Is it possible and hard to wire up the cas and other sensors into the microtec ? Fuck ay..

It's a MT8, just wandering if anyone know much about them, has any diagrams or can give me any constructive help.

which version MT8? blue or black? other wise i believe the wiring diagram is the same minus the pin outs on the ecu is diff...

Hey J, yeah mate i stumbled across those links a few hours prior. Thanks heaps though mate, awesome diagrams. I was a bit confused but followed that diagram and now have the following wires marked and grouped ready to install.

crank input
tps
water temp
fuel pump relay
air temp sensor
oxy sensor
aux input
injector clips wired up

and the power TR unit was wiried up when i got it, it has 3 earth wires coming out of it, and a solinoid looking thing too, any idea on where these are suppose to go?

After the last 2.5 hours i think ive covered most (all?) things hopefully!!

take a picture of it mate, might make it easier.... and you can test if everything is wired up, if you have a hand controller... inputs and out puts....

Cheers J, i got it all wired up today apart from the TPS as im unsure on what pin in the plug is for what. Thats not a hard fix though. Good idea with the hand controller, i only have a digi dash thing mite display some functions on there....microtechs for ya lol give me a wolf anyday
