I did the medial ligament in my knee over the weekend- just bending over! SOOOO annoying!

Then maybe you shouldnt be 'bending over' so much dude lol :lol: . Na, that sucks man... Thing with injury is, as long as you're still mobile you still got some freedom... its when you're bedridden that sucks! ^_^

Haha I was more like bending down!

I'm still kinda mobile- I can drive etc :thumbsup:

Eh not good.. its annoying... but the good thing is that the medial ligament will heal

Least you got crutches to help
