Ok so why im bored here at work i might try and ask a few questions regarding a few probs on my newly turboed galant gsr.
Ok first question is about my rocker cover, in my gasket kit i got a rocker cover gasket as well as the ones for the spark plug holes etc. Now i check today and i have a small pool of oil in the well where the spark plug cover goes over.
What could that be? the bolts are tight, fresh gasket yet it still leaks up onto their somehow?
Next problem is my oxy sensor, how do i get this off, is there a special socket or something as when i had the dump off in a vice i couldnt get it off with a ring spanner it was just too tight. I have a new one here very soon as mine is fucked and half the problem im using 20 l per 100k of fuel.
Next problem is my injectors, ill have some 450's in the next few days and i cant seem to remember if the injector resistor pack was needed for the 450's or just the 510s i put in, also a factor why my exhaust smells like a petrol station.
Now ive clocked up 500k or a bit more on run in oil and i need to change it, ive had no experience with oils and its seems these days there are lots of oil to choose from and i dont know which i should, suggestions would be great.
I was also wondering what a clutch will cost for a vr4 flywheel to hold 200kw atw as my aim for the car wont be above that.
Another question i have some twin pot calipers here and i was wondering if they will function normally with no ABS?
