Mofo stole my LH front wheel arch flare!!

Ok so i noticed my front left wheel arch flare was missing when i hopped out to go grocery shopping yesterday... (These things don't just fall off btw)
I'm pissed cos the only way i can get one of these is to buy a whole fkn LH quarter panel! If i find the low life scumbag...and obviously this RVR owner knows you can't just buy these anywhere. So he/she decided it would be a great idea to steal another fellow RVR owners. (i can only assume this is the case)

So! Can somebody point me in the direction of obtaining a new one from somewhere? This would be greatly appreciated as it really looks like shit now without the flare there.
