Hey, was put onto this forum by one of my brothers crazy mitsubishi modding mates .

I have a 1997 Black Manual RVR Hypergear

bog stock performance wise at the moment except for a boost gauge and the jaycar IEBC kit, which is well hidden but poorly setup.

have already had to replace the clutch in this within 6months of buying it but at 107,000 on probably the original clutch it's not too bad i guess. never doing the job myself (with help) again though, what a :fuuuuu:!

plan on doing the exhaust in the near future as the stocko one is full of holes and doing me no good, still a fun car though

heres the car atm, mags are from an iO SWB pajero

looking forward to attending some meets and picking some brains.

Cheers,

Sean

There's rally on up at Benarkin tomorrow. Big long straight roads that scare the crap out of you cause you usually hit the top speed of the car. One rally I did up there had a 5km long straight along a major forestry road probably 20 metres wide. I got my old car up to 6000 rpm in top gear and crapped my dacks then slowed down.

lol, i'd be worried too travelling at speed on those roads, wouldn't take much error to lose control on the loose rocks on some of those roads.
