mounting an oil cooler

Just wanted to know if there is any negatives to mounting an oil cooler on the side instead of flat as oem one, will you get gunk flow back into the engine or anything.

:/ had a look couldnt find it, would it matter which hose is connected where? or do i have to have a certain one higher than the other?

also wondering the cooler has a larger volume compared to the oem one will this be a problem when it comes to oil pressure?

yeah, pretty much mate, track with big tyres boils the fluid pretty fast

you should be able to mount them in anyway you like, they are under pressure anyways...
