Nice :)

It needs:
Lowering
Mudflap removal
Emissions removal
A Stuber.
A locked diff. preferebly 4.11's out of an econovan. b1600 diff i think? Then you will launch like a mofo, should be able to beat commodores.

thanks

Thank's guys.
GLI, i've being researching the diffs off the vans a bit, its money thats holding me back :p. Mudflaps, hmm never really thought about them, i dont actually mind them but now that you mention it they are sort of gay. Emissions, when i get my tax back im doing this, will probably just block the poll gear up though, and leave it on incase of being pulled over. Stuber, again, money is the problem here, and the carby was completely reco'ed last week, runs alot better now.

As for lowering i'm unsure of what springs to use. suggestions? i've heard that kingsprings lower the front niceley, but rear is still pretty high even on superlows? and that it will bottom out over speedhumps etc?

very nice mate, it looks very clean! :D
as for the van diffs, they're pretty cheap if you can find them! I got mine for about $350 with a 4.4:1 ratio. the shorter ratio makes a huge difference! you're still going to break them very easily though, so unless you lock them up, don't expect them to last too long.
the only other options for diffs are really a hilux conversion or a Guru torsen.
this is my RX7 with king spring superlows front and rear:

go on ausrotary and PM adsy01, he used to work at Pedders and should be able to help you out with the suspension setup you want.
oh yeah, trust dre to vote for modgies!

hahah.

And on the issue of bottoming out, next time your car is jacked up at the rear, check out how long your bump stops are! they are fuckin HUGE!!

I cut mine :p. and hey presto.. no more bottoming out 8)

Just get some decent rear shocks + King spring super low's and it will sit nicely.

And if you're not satisfied, just chop them :D ( Dodgy as it sounds.. it will sit really nice, and it will still handle fine )

very tasty! im a big rap for these cars, if i was ever gonna track a car this would be it. what eggzaust system do you have?

get that thing short shifted STAT! 8)

beat v8s allready do that i like a challenge i love raceing turbo cars its better when you sitting 13500 rpm and change to 3rd and the hole arse shifts watching ther faces is great.

but very nice car dude. just put lsd in it from s2 or 3 and you will be fine and drop a 20b in ther and you will be really fine.

but dame it looks like you stole my car :D i have a big arse sun roof
and a 13b j port in mine but the clutch is sliping at the mo. doh

Andy 13,500 rpm and your flywheel would have chopped off your legs by now :p

Here's my 12a bridgeport series 1 @ Easternats starting to warm up the tyres...
