of all you will need a surge tank preferably alloy with four fittings installed one at the bottom which goes to the external pump two near the top which will be supply from the lift pump (factory pump) and return from the rail. Fourth fitting will be return to the fuel tank.

Wire the external pump from the factory fuel pump wires be sure to use a relay and be sure also to use a decent gauge wire.

Filter is installed between surge tank and pump. Upgrade the supply lines to the engine to 10mm steel line and the return to 8mm steel.

hope this helps aswell

Which of the pumps u listed is mine then?

I found the number 910 on a sit ewith bosch pumps.it said 580 254 910 was around 200 L/Hr and good for around 450 HP.

10mm steel line will run under the car and meet up around the firewall probably above the steering rack. This line will need to go to a flexi line which will go to the fuel rail. Fuel rail will need to be adapted easiest way is to buy some weld on an fittings you will need -8 for the supply line.

The other end of the rail is the fuel pressure regulator side you will need an adjustable fpr use a -6 fitting for this side. Join the -6 fitting with some 8mm efi fuel hose to the fpr this will then go to the 8mm steel line which goes under the car and joins with some more flexible hose to one of the 8mm or -6 fittings on the surge tank.

I always use AN fittings on the surge tank for the fact that it looks neat and they are reliable. Alternatively you can simply use weld on nipples which is a damn sight cheaper.

This can be a very expensive mod to your car and you should look if you really need such a large pump. Or you can use an in-tank pump which is easier.

Your pump is the 200l/hr one.
