Name of under car black tar spray??

Does anyone know of the name of the product that you use underneath a car to spray road base or tar paint. I've used it before but can't remember the name. Thanks

But i dont think you can paint over it.
anti stone chip primer- you can. Im pretty sure we have paint over stuff, as i have had stuff on sills.
